Our 2023 growing season has taken off!
What We’re Growing
We grow everything in the field so it is truly seasonal. If it cannot grow and survive under outside weather conditions, we won’t have it.
You can expect things like…
beets, broccoli, bush beans, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chard, collards, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, kale, lettuce, onions, potatoes, radishes, scallions, spinach, squash, turnips, wheat.
We also have pasture-raised laying hens who enjoy greenery and grubs. They are rotated regularly for fresh forage, and produce delicious eggs.
