Vegetables
Our field-grown vegetables are grown using climate-smart methods. Everything is seasonal, so don’t expect tomatoes in June–it’s worth the wait. Some of our favorites include carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and onions.

Eggs
Layers live in a coop on wheels and are moved to fresh pasture regularly. They are adventurous hens who love to forage. Our eggs have a rich taste with a beautiful orange yolk, great for breakfast, baking, ice cream making…you name it.
